Update version 3.0.1 released

I've put another update on WoWInterface.  This one has some nice new bells and whistles, and I was able to incorporate some of the crucial addons that were missing.  We have our trade skill window back now, and I've included a new auction addon, Auctionator.  I like it so far.

I've also switched to Deus Vox Encounters after having it recommended to me by a few people.  I like it so far.  If you miss BigWigs, you can obviously download it from curse.

I've also written a new addon, just submitted to wowace, that is included with the new version.  If you're a Boomkin, Paladin, or Warlock you'll notice it right away. :)  I'll post links to my addons (I've written three now!) once this one's been approved.

You can find the new UI here, as usual.

Enjoy with your favorite frosty beverage.

DaedhirUI 3.0 released.

I've been spending some time tweaking the UI and improving the graphics, and things really started coming together once I was able to get into the beta. I've been working on some addons of my own lately, one of which I'm including in the UI -- it's a mod that makes nice round 3D portraits for the player and target frames, and has some extra functionality that the default unit frames have -- an icon that denotes combat or resting, and the character's level. They also let you know if your toon has any debuffs that you can dispel by putting a small icon over the area where the player's level usually is. It's called Round3DPortraits.

I've really been having fun playing with the UI in the Cataclysm beta, and I hope you enjoy the changes now that the Big Patch™ is here. ;) Without further ado...

DaedhirUI 3.0 for World of Warcraft 4.0.1 is now available.

It works with the patch that's coming out today, and will work with the Cataclysm expansion.

I'll try to issue a maintenance release with updated addons as they come in. Once the patches hit the developers usually try to make more time to update their addons, so it shouldn't take too long.

Please read the enclosed documentation as usual, and as with any major UI release, I recommend reinstalling the UI. Don't forget to back up your stuff!

Enjoy!
